Timothy John Robert Kirkhope (born April 29 1945) is a British lawyer and politician, currently serving as Member of the European Parliament for Yorkshire and the Humber for the Conservative Party. He has been leader of the Conservative delegation since December 2004. He was first elected to the European Parliament in 1999, after serving for ten years as Member of Parliament for Leeds North East.
